Dearness Relief - Dearness Relief granted to Judicial Pensioners/Family Pensioners
Pensions - Dearness Relief - Dearness Relief granted to Judicial Pensioners/Family Pensioners effective from 01-07-2023 is hereby sanctioned. Orders have been issued accordingly."
1. As per reference 1, the Government has issued comprehensive orders for the Revision of Pay Scales, 2022, for retired employees (Pensioners/Family pensioners) of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
2. Reference 2 details the Government's orders for the release of Dearness Relief (DR) for the period from 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2021 to pensioners/family pensioners, including Judicial pensioners/Family pensioners.
3. Reference 3 contains the Government's orders for the release of Dearness Relief (DR) to Pensioners/Family Pensioners drawing their pay in the Revised UGC Pay Scales, 2006, and to Judicial Pensioners/Family Pensioners whose pay was revised as per the Sri Padmanabhan Committee Report, as stated in G.O. Ms. No.73, Law (LA&J, SC-F) Department, dated 01.05.2010, effective from 01.07.2021.
4. References 4 and 5 outline the Government's orders for the release of Dearness Relief (DR) effective from 01.01.2022 and 01-07-2022 for Pensioners/Family Pensioners including Judicial pensioners/Family pensioners.
5. The Government hereby orders the revision of rates of Dearness Relief for Judicial pensioners/Family pensioners whose pay scales were revised according to the Second National Judicial Pay Commission, as per G.O.Ms.No.58, Law (LA&J, SC-F) Department, dated 22.10.2022, from 42% to 46% of the Basic Pension effective from 01.07.2023.
6. The Government also orders the revision of rates of Dearness Relief for Judicial pensioners/Family pensioners whose pay scales were revised based on the Shri Padmanabhan Committee Report, as per G.O.Ms.No.73, Law (LA&J, SC-F) Department, dated 01.05.2010, from 221% to 230% of the Basic Pension effective from 01.
