The attention of the all the District Educational
Officers in the State is invited to the references read above and they are
requested to conduct a
meeting with the MEOs for giving them instructions on edit option for
submitting the signed hard copy to the District Text Books Manager through the
DEOs and instruct the MEOs to take the sale component for the private
recognized schools, in their mandals, as some of the district the sale
component is shown as zero.
It is also informed that the District
Educational Officers are permitted to add if any new schools are added due to fresh
recognitions and up-gradation of Primary Schools & Upper Primary Schools on
providing edit option.
