In continuation to the Memo 4th cited, all the DEOs are informed that
alternatively it is under consideration to club the DDO powers of Head Masters
with Mandal Educational Officers instead of Deputy Educational Officer . Hence
you are also requested to furnish the list of Head Masters of High Schools
alongwith DDO codes to be clubbed with the nearest Mandal Educational Officer
for taking further action in the matter. This information should also reach
this office by 21.12.2015.
