Mandal Education Officers, Headmasters and CRPs in the district will be informed. As per the directions of Hon'ble SPD Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, every teacher/teacher should complete the teacher need analysis survey. CRPs should ensure that all teachers under their jurisdiction participate in the survey.
Complex headmasters should take steps to ensure that all the teachers under their jurisdiction participate in the survey. Mandal Education Officers should take steps to ensure that all teachers in their mandal participate in the survey.
The SCERT releases the Teacher Training Analysis Form that summarizes the training needs of teachers. Once the requirements are captured, courses are developed for teachers incorporating evidence-based strategies. The survey form released on 29th August, 2023 should be filled using the links below.
