who will be transferred?
In a "school" there will be compulsory transfer of HMs beyond 5Academic years to AY 2021-22 to teachers who have crossed 8 AYs, teachers who are surplus in Rationalisation.
those who have retired before 31.8.2024 will not be transferred unless they want to > but are in rationing unless they wish.
Green signal for zero service transfers
Anyone with Zero Service can apply for transfer without the minimum service, along with those who are in compulsory transfers.
In rationalization, the Vaccant post in the school is first shifted to priorities and then those who have completed 8 AY's in that cadre are identified as Surplus. Cader Senior will be shifted if Senior prefers Shifting or Cader Junior if it does not. Visually Challenged people with more than 80% blindness are exempted from Shifting
