School Education- Mana Badi Nadu Nedu - Phase II- One day orientation program to be conducted to the Head Masters in the state to motivate head masters to participate in nadu-nedu activities - instructions

The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Co-ordinators in the A. P State are invited to the subject above .It is proposed to conduct orientation program to Head Masters in the State to motivate the Head masters in their schools towards participation in nadu nedu activities in the Schools.

In this context, half day orientation program to Head Masters of the Schools should be conducted by the Manda I Educational officer at MRCs situated at Mandal Head Quarter. The proposed orientation to motivate teachers in Academic and non academic activities ,timelines may be issued as shown below

The topics may include School Leadership, School Asset Management and Maintenance. The Head Master may exchange the best practices they had known or implemented. They may also discuss about various strategies for effective School Leadership, school asset management and maintenance.

Hence all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Co ordinators of Samagra Shikhsa are requested to Monitor the Entire orientation program and instructed to send the feedback on the training programs to the Commissioner, School Infrastructure, School Education.
