Nadu-Nedu Academics Mapping of Schools – Conduct of three days workshop in this office on 01.09.2022 to 03.09.2022 regarding School Mapping and Re-apportionment exercise – instructions – Issued.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein instructions were issued regarding Nadu-Nedu Academics mapping of schools. Accordingly, all the District Educational Officers have mapped the schools as per the guidelines and orders issued by the Government and Commissioner of School Education from time to time
Further, instructions were issued to all the District Educational Officers in the State to furnish the details of the mapped schools duly considering the appeals / representations approved by the District Collectors committee and exempting those schools from mapping and retaining them as they are functioning.
Accordingly, the District Educational Officers in
the state have furnished the details of the schools mapped duly considering the
appeals / representation of the Hon’ble MLAs, Public approved by the District
Collectors Committee
In order to finalize the reapportionment exercise duly considering the 31.08.2022 is the cutoff date for enrolment of students and for calculating the requirement of teacher posts in each school, subject wise, category wise , it was proposed to conduct a work shop with all the ASOs and APOs in the state in this office
Hence, all the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby instructed to depute their ASOs and APOs to attend workshop scheduled from 01.09.2022 to 03.09.2022 in this office and to attend this office without fail for finalization of Nadu- Nedu academics Mapping of Schools and reapportionment of teachers in the State
