The attention of the Municipal Commissioners of 59 ULBs (where are Municipal Schools existing) to the reference cited, in the reference cited, wherein the Director, Government Exams, A.P, Vijayawada has issued Press Note for conduct of National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) for students who are studying 8 Class in the present Academic Year for all schools including the Schools Recognized by the Government of A.P.
2. Therefore, all the Municipal Commissioners of 59 ULBs (where are Municipal Schools existing) are hereby directed to issue following instructions to the Head Masters of Municipal Schools for online submission of applications with in stipulated period as mentioned in the notification.
• Ensure for applying the NMMS Exam by the identified 8\ Class
Students who are studying in the present Academic year 2020-21.
• Ensure Head Masters and Subject Teachers should give proper Guidance to appear and succeed in these entrance Exams for children so identified and have applied.
• Ensure proper usage and printing of Study material provided in the Learning Management System (LMS) web portal for the above exam and the same developed by the State Academic Unit.
• To involve the Ward Education Secretaries in the work of submission of applications through online.
• Ensure 100% attendance the above Exams who are applied.
