HR Data Collection - Steps to be taken by DDs in expeditious completion of the HR Data - Reg.

All the DDs are requested that Government have given top most priority for the HR Data Collection comprising all the existing categories of cadres (roughly 27 cadres) operating in Regular/Contract/Outsourcing /PD modes as part of building up a Comprehensive HR data base in the State.

In this direction, the DDs are requested to adhere to the following schedule of activities immediately.

All the Treasury Officers are directed to go through the Comprehensive HR Screen developed to collect both territorial and category of posts along with staff cost details. They shall also go through the tutorial and user manual material already provided for this purpose.
They shall activate the HR Cell in District Treasury and develop close liaison with STOs in the District in the coming days to complete the scheduled tasks.
The CFMS team will provide district wise tracker indication with the DDO-Wise and Department-Wise progress of data entry in this regard. Basing on such progress of data entry, the DD shall ensure daily progress and update the Directorate on daily basis.
The existing help desk teams shall be fully involved in addressing the incidents raised by the different departmental DDOs in the District in this HR data entry.
The DD shall ensure that no regular salary bill will be passed by STOs/TOs in District without verifying the complete submission of HR details in respect of that particular DDO.
The presentation of regular salary bills will be allowed basing on the progress of submission of HR data along with salary bills by respective DDOs.
No TO/STO shall avail leave till 30-11-2020.
There will be a daily interactive meet with the field officers by the Directorate Officials.
If there is any difficulty in approaching or completing the task, they are requested to bring to the notice of Directorate Officials for timely intervention in the resolution of technical issues by the CFMS team.
