at home during the Lock down period of COVID-19 - Instructions - issued.

ORDER:
All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that, in the references read above M/s ERUDEX and M/s CONVEGENIUS Edu solutions have came forward to provide the Digital Content to the Government School Children / Teacher’s at free of cost as the schools are shut and there is a loss of learning time for Millions of Children in schools.
M/s Erudex Pvt. Ltd. is providing the MOBILE BASED LEARNING APP with the AP State Curriculum which will help the learning needs of the students during the Lock down period and also help them to improve their standards as part of CSR activity.
Further, M/s Convegenious Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd is providing Free Self-learning App that will contain content in English medium from Grades 1 to 10 (Maths, Science and English) with free Whatsapp Hotline for doubt-clearance and support to students. Students can ask doubts via the Whatsapp number and these will be cleared within 24 hours. As well as they are enabling a free quizzing and daily practice solution via Artificial Intelligence (AI) bot on the Whatsapp number. All students will be able to practice questions and respond via Whatsapp.
In addition to the above, The Digital Education Cell, SCERT has also prepared subject wise hyperlinked user-friendly documents (covering all topics) which will enable the students to fetch and access their lessons / content very easily. The related documents will be made available in the CSE website which can be downloaded with a single click and can be accessed without much struggle.

Download ERUDEX app in Google Play Store in any android device and login with User Name and Pass word [Create new by clicking on Don’t have a login yet? Register Now] and start using.
How to use app provided by M/s Convegenius Edu Solutions:
Step:1 - Send a ‘Hi’ on CG Slate’s WhatsApp Number (88003 88890)
Step:2 - Select your preferred medium of learning on the app.
• Press 1 for Hindi medium
• Press 2 for English medium
• Press 3 for Telugu medium
Step:3 - Click on the Google Play link as highlighted in blue below.
Step:4 - Install the CG Slate app
Step:5 - Create Parent’s Profile
Step:6 - Verify the One Time Password (OTP) sent to you
Step:7 - Create Student’s Profile
Step:8 - Click on profile photo and enter your 4 digitchild lock set earlier.
Step:9- Select the Subject and Start learning chapter by chapter.
Step:10 - Open WhatsApp and send your doubts at CG Slate’s WhatsApp number (88003 88890) and get doubts clarified.
Hence, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested issue necessary instructions to all the Students / Teachers to make use of the above platforms during the Lock down period due to COVID – 19. The District / Mandal IT Teams should ensure that the above information reaches all the students and support them without fail.
