With reference to the subject cited, I am to inform you that the School wise
NR has been hosted in the Website i.e. www.bseap.org . The school wise Credentials have been forwarded to the District Educational Officers concerned to DEO Logins.
A. The Procedure for Download the School NR by the Headmaster as follows.
1. Go through the www.bseap.org and Click on SSC March 2020 School NRs (Regular, Private, OSSC Regular, OSSC Private & Vocational) Download login with their School Logins.
2. By Cl icking the School wise NRs, the dropdown box showing the details of all Streams of NRs i.e. (SSC Regular School NR, SSC Private School NR, SSC OSSC Regular School NR, SSC OSSC Private School NR and SSC General & AP Model Vocational NR) and download the Stream wise NRs.
3. The security feature Quick Response (QR) Code is incorporated in the Hall Tickets for Regular and Private Candidates of all streams pertaining to SSC Public Examinations March -2020 to get accurate day wise attendance information of the students from the centre.
4. The Head Masters of all the Schools shall also download the Hall tickets from the website i n their school login {Userna me: School Code and Password: Maintai ned by the School). The Head Masters shall issu e the Hall tickets to concerned students of their schools duly attested by them.
5. Centre location App is available for easy identification of the Centre to avoid waste of time in locating the centre.
B. The Procedure for Download the Centre NRs, D -Forms, Photo Attendance Sheet and Other examination Materials by the Chief Superi ntend ents as follows.
1. The Centre Credentials has been forwarded to the DEOs in the State through their Logins. The DEO Need to forward the same to the Concerned Chief Superintendents of their respective centers.
2. The Chief Superintendents Need to Go through the www. bseap.org and Click on SSC Ma rch 2020 Centre NRs ( SSC Regu lar &Private, OSSC Regu la r& Private & Vocational) and Download from Centre Logins
Provided to respective Centers through DEO of the Concerned District and
hard copies will not be sent. The required fund will be provided for the purpose.
3. Further, a ll the Chief Superintendents are req uested to download all the Examination material perta ining to SSC Public Examination March 2020 in a prescribed format. After downloading go through the Examination material, if any disturbances in the material immediately bring to the notice of the Concerned DEO.
4. The DEO has to forward the same informa tion to the DGE as early as possible to take necessary action immed iately to avoided inconvenience at centres.
5. The Examination material to be down loaded is as below..
1) Centre NRs (02 Copies)
2) D-Fonns (03 Copies)
3) Photo Anendance Sheet (01 Copies)
4) Absentee Statement (02 Copies)
5) Profonna -V - Consolidated Statement Showing the Blank Bar coded OMR Sheets used (02 Copies)
6) Booking of Malpractice Cases - Guidelines to be followed at Exami nations Centres.
7) G.O.Ms: 872 Edu, Dt: 16.05. 1992 - Scale of Punishment to the Student.
8) Act.25 of 1997 -Act to prevent Malpractices.
9) Flying Squad Proforma for Booking Malpractice case in SSC Public Examinations.
6. The security feature Quick Response (QR) Code is incorporated in the Hall Tickets for Regular and Private Candidates or all streams pertaining to SSC Public Examinations March - 2020 io get accurate day wise attendance information of the students from the centre.

The same security feature Quick Response (QR) Code is incorporated in the Bar-coded OMR Sheets with variable data for each candidate containing three Parts, Part - I,II & III for Regular and Private Candidates of all streams pertaining to SSC Public Examinations March - 2020 for scanning purpose.

1) The credentials rega rding School NR and Centre NR has been given to the DEOs.They have to login with th eir User lei and Password which is alrea dy given to them.
2) The D.E.O has to constitute one team to ensure the work rega rd ing opcnjng or in case of forgot the password of the School NR and Centre N R.
