UDISE+ Student Module Update for the Academic Year 2025–26
The Government has officially enabled the Student Module data entry in the UDISE+ portal for the academic year 2025–26. All school managements are hereby informed that updating this data is mandatory.
UDISE+ 2025–26: "Import Student" Feature Now Enabled – Step-by-Step Guide
The UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education Plus) portal has activated the "Import Student" feature for the 2025–26 academic year. This feature allows schools to import student details from previous records using their PEN (Permanent Education Number) and Date of Birth, ensuring a smoother data migration process for the new academic session.
🔄 Steps to Use the Import Student Feature:

Login to the UDISE+ WebsiteVisit the official UDISE+ portal and log in using your school credentials.

Select Academic Year 2025–26Make sure to choose the current academic year from the dropdown.

Click on Student Progression and MovementNavigate to this option from the main dashboard menu.

Select the "Import Module"This option allows you to fetch existing student data from the database.

Enter Student DetailsProvide the PEN number and Date of Birth of the student.

Fill in Required FieldsChoose the appropriate Class, Section, and Admission Date.

Click "Import" ButtonOnce all fields are filled, click the Import button to bring in the student record.

Verify in Active Student ListConfirm that the student has been successfully added to the Active Student List.
📌 Note:
The Dropbox Update option is also enabled. If any discrepancies or data changes are noticed after importing, please make sure to update the student information accordingly.
