U DISE + 2025-26 Student Module Updation

UDISE+ Student Module Update for the Academic Year 2025–26

The Government has officially enabled the Student Module data entry in the UDISE+ portal for the academic year 2025–26. All school managements are hereby informed that updating this data is mandatory.

🔹 What Needs to be Updated?

All schools must log in to the UDISE+ system and ensure that the following forms within the Student Module are correctly filled:

EP Form (Enrollment Particulars)
GP Form (General Particulars)
FP Form (Family Particulars)

These forms are crucial for capturing student-related information such as enrollment details, demographics, and family background. This data helps in accurate planning, policy implementation, and monitoring at state and national levels.

🔹 Who Should Update?

All government, aided, and private school authorities under the Department of School Education must ensure that their school's student data is updated without fail.

🔹 Why is it Important?

Ensures students receive appropriate government benefits.
Helps in the smooth functioning of various educational schemes.
Provides accurate data for school development planning.

🔹 Deadline & Follow-up

It is advised that school Headmasters/Principals coordinate with data entry operators or designated staff and complete the update process at the earliest to avoid any inconvenience or data freeze.
