How to Update New HM Contact Details or Name in LEAP App – OTP Not Coming Issue Solved
If you're facing an issue with OTP not coming in the LEAP app, it may be due to outdated contact details of the Headmaster (HM). To resolve this and receive OTPs properly, you must update the new HM contact number or change the HM name in the LEAP app.
Steps to Update HM Contact Details in LEAP App:

Login to LEAP App using your school credentials.

Go to the Profile Section or School Settings.

Tap on Edit HM Details.

Enter the new HM mobile number and name as required.

Click on Submit/Update.

You may receive an OTP on the new number for verification.

After successful verification, the new details will be saved.
