Subject: Obtaining Students’ Data – Reg.
All District Education Officers (DEOs), Additional Project Coordinators (APCs), and Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) are hereby instructed to take immediate necessary action to collect and upload accurate student data under the SRKVM-I initiative.
Instructions:

Coordinate with all schools under your jurisdiction to ensure the timely collection of student information.

Ensure that the data collected includes all essential fields as specified in the official data template.

Verify the authenticity and accuracy of the data before submission.

Submit the compiled data within the stipulated timeline to avoid any delays in program implementation.
Your cooperation is crucial in the successful execution of the SRKVM- initiative.

All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Offcio Project Coordinators, Additional Project Coordinators and Mandal Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh is taking a prestigious programme of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra (SRKVM-I) for the year 2025-26 in the state. Under this programme the Government is Providing Student Kit consists Text Books, WorkBooks, Note Books, Dictionaries, Shoes, Belts, Bags to the students studying in all Govt., Schools and Govt., aided Schools
The “Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra” (SRKVM-I) Kit items supplied to the Mandal Stock Points by the supplier are to be transported to the School Points in the respective Mandals as per the UDISE dated 05.03.2025. The Mandal Team Members will take active role in receiving the material, counting, check for shortage/damage/mismatch, school wise separation of material, school wise packing and make them ready for transportation to the Schools
