 Title: Fostering Effective Communication in Schools: A Nonviolent Communication Session for School Heads

  Objective:

The primary objective of this session is to equip school heads with the principles and skills of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to enhance interpersonal communication, resolve conflicts, and create a more harmonious and empathetic school environment.

 Session Overview:

In this 40-minute session, participants will be introduced to the core concepts of Nonviolent Communication. The session will include interactive discussions, practical exercises, and reflection to promote a deeper understanding of NVC principles and their application in educational leadership.

●   Welcome and introduction to Nonviolent Communication.
