Termination of services of teachers of DSC-2008 & DSC-1998 appointed on Minimum Time Scale for this year 2022-23
The attention of all the
District
Educational Officers in the
state is invited to
the references
read above, wherein orders were issued
for appointment of
2193 candidates of DSC-2008 who
were affected due to change in selection
pattern
for appointment
to
the post
of SGTs as Secondary Grade Teachers on contract basis
with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) and 4,534 candidates as SGT who
were qualified in DSC-1998 on contract basis with MTS with certain terms and conditions applicable to contract employees for a period of 10 Months in a Year .
Further, all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the last working day for the Academic Year 2022-23 will be
30.04.2023 and the Summer vacation to all Schools in the State following state Syllabus will be from 01.05.2023 to
11.06.2023 and the
Schools will be reopened on 12.06.2023 for the
Academic Year 2023-24.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to terminate the Contractual agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale on the AN of 30.04.2023. The re- engagement for the year 2023-24 will be from the fst day of the next academic year, subject to issue of further instruction from this office
