Updating of cadre strength – instructions
School

– No.of posts suppressed for creation of certain posts in School
Education department from respective districts – information – Updating of
cadre strength – instructions.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the
reference 7th read above, wherein instructions are issued to modify the cadre
strength duly deleting the suppressed posts. However, all the DDOs in the State
has confirmed the cadre strength in HERB Portal (DoPP) without
suppressing/adding the below posts. The details of the posts Suppressed and to
be added in the respective district cadre strength of DDO's are as follows:
Posts to be suppressed in the Cadre Strength:
a. 303 SGT posts to be suppressed for which PET
posts were created in DSC-2018 as per Proc.Rc.No. 4102/Estt.III/2015, Dated:
21.06.2019.
b. 15
Art/Craft posts for
creation of Additional
Director (05) posts
in Kurnool district as per G.O.Ms.No.66,
dt:30.09.2021.
c. 1145
Vacant Surplus Craft/Art/Drawing/Sewing Resource
posts suppressed for creation of MEO-II posts as per G.O.Ms.No.154,
dt:16.09.2022.
d. 4764 Vacant SGT posts suppressed for creation
of posts in AP Model Schools as per G.O.Ms.No.37, dt:24.03.2022
e. 1876 Vacant SGT posts suppressed in 12
districts for creation of HM, School Assistant and
SGT posts in
Kurnool District as
per G.O.Ms.No.155, dt:20.09.2022.
f. 2153 Vacant Surplus SGT posts upgraded to
School Assistant posts as per G.O.Ms.No.137, dt:23.08.2022.
g. 190 Vacant surplus SA/PSHM posts upgraded to
Gr.II HM post as per G.O.Ms.No.137, dt:23.08.2022.
Posts to be added in the Cadre Strength:
a. Kurnool should add the posts in School
Assistant and SGT which were newly allotted as per G.O.Ms.No.155,
dt:20.09.2022..
b. New School Assistant post due to Upgradation as
per G.O.Ms.No.137, dt:23.08.2022.
c. New
Gr.II HM post
due to Upgradation
as per G.O.Ms.No.137, dt:23.08.2022.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers
in the State are once again requested to instruct the DDOs under their control
to update the Cadre strength as per the above and to verify and certify the
updated Cadre Strength details.
Further, separate instructions will be issued to
depute the concerned personnel to the O/o CSE, AP with the confirmed DDOs cadre
strength details to re-verify before submitting in the HERB portal.
