PM POSHAN – Jagananna Gorumudda (Mid Day Meal) – Implementation of revised menu w.e.f.,12.01.2023 – Certain guidelines - Issued

All the Regional Director of School Education and District Education Officers in the State are knowledgeable that the Honorable Chief Minister is individually reviewing the implementation of Jagananna Gorumudda (Mid Day Meal) in the State for imparting nutritious and pleasing meal to the School Children. Hence, the existing Menu which is underneath implementation in the State used to be w.e.f., twenty first January, 2020.

In order to ensure the successful execution of this project, the utmost attention must be paid to detail PM POSHAN – Jagananna Gorumudda (Mid Day Meal) – Implementation of revised menu w.e.f.,12.01.2023 – Certain guidelines - Issued

All Regional Directors of School Education and District Education Officers have been instructed to strictly adhere to the guidelines for the successful implementation of the PM POSHAN-Jagananna Gorumudda scheme with revised menu from 12.01.2023 in the State, as the Honorable Chief Minister is personally reviewing the implementation of Jagananna Gorumudda (midday meal) in the State for imparting nutritious and pleasing meals to the school children. Hence, the existing Menu which is underneath implementation in the State used to be w.e.f., twenty first January, 2020. In order to ensure the successful execution of this project, the utmost attention must be paid to detail

Now that the government has decided to revise the current menu in order to provide a similarly diverse selection in the MDM served to students, The revised menu is as follows and the identical is authorized to See applied from 12 January, 2023

Also requested trouble critical guidelines to the inspection groups and see that the revised menu is being observed as per time table and make sure excellent of meals served to the Students and document compliance.

Any deviation in the above instructions, involved District Educational Officers and Mandal Educational officers in the State are held responsible.

Top precedence need to be given to this object of work. The receipt of this order will be acknowledged The inspection groups should be given clear and critical guidelines to ensure the revised menu is being followed, that meals are of excellent quality, and compliance is documented During the inspections, utmost attention needs to be paid to whether all instructions have been followed, and any deviation should be reported to District Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers for appropriate action
