The interest of all Spl.Chief Secretaries/Prl.Secretaries/Secretaries to Government, Heads of Departments, District Collectors is invited to the references cited, whereby orders have been issued introducing the Attendance through Photography (Facial Recognition Based Attendance System) to all the personnel of Secretariat Departments, Heads of Departments and District Offices w.e.f.
01-01-2023 and closing places of work w.e.f. 16-01-2023. Instructions had been also
issued related to appointment of Nodal Officers, and enrolment of personnel in the Mobile Application via identify "APFRS" developed by means of ITE&C Dept., via APCFSS which is reachable in the https ://appstore.herb.apcfss.in/" and additionally in Google Play save (https://play.google.com/store/apps).
