A declaration should be given that medical leave has not been availed for any kind of chronic health issues in the last three years. In case of 5 or 10 days of medical leave due to minor health issues such as viral fever, the same should be mentioned in the declaration....*

*Anyone who has already made the bill for the month of October online can also be increased from the salary for the month of November....*

1. Please quote correct policy numbers in the Schedule to avoid missing credits.

2. Submit proposal forms whenever the APGLI premium is increased to obtain additional policies.

3. Proposal form has to be submitted before (53) years of age.

4. APGLI policies do not lapse.

5. The premium rates are low.

6. APGLI premium is exempted from income tax under Section 80C.

7. Attractive bonus rates.

8. The State Govt. employee can contribute maximum premium upto 20% of the basic pay, 

irrespective of slab rates.

9. The Government enhanced the Insurable Age from (48)years to (53)years vide 

G.O.Ms.No.16 FINANCE (ADMIN.II) DEPARTMENT Dated:17-02-2011.

10. The Government Extended Andhra Pradesh Government Life Insurance Scheme to the 

Municipal Employees including Municipal Teachers except the employees of 

GHMC,GVMC and VMC vide G.O.Ms.No.25 FINANCE (ADMIN.II) DEPARTMENT Dated:03-03-2011.
