School-level Library details collection form.

All the Govt. schools in the state have to fill out the Library details collection form. The Samagra Shiksha team will identify 1000 schools based on the selection criteria from the responses and later all these selected schools will undergo a different set of training by Room to Read organization to utilize all the library resources in a productive way. The objective of the process is the identified 1000 libraries will act as model libraries in the cluster/ Mandal to other schools.

* Google form filling procedure:* If you click on the link first The names of the districts appear on the left. Clicking on your district will show a list of mandals on the right. If you click on your zone, you will see a list of schools in the zone at the bottom. Opposite your school name is the UDISE code and a Google link. Clicking on that link will open google form. You need to enter the details of your library books and the Details of the We Love Reading program conducted in your school and submit it.
