In the reference read above, Model Schools were
established in the year 2013 with a
view to provide
quality education to
the rural poor
children of Educationally Backward Blocks (EBB Mandals) through English Medium.
Accordingly, Government have sanctioned
various categories of posts
(3260) i.e 163 Principal, 1956
P.G.T and 1141 T.G.T. in all Model
Schools. The Schools are functioning well in all aspects and showing good performance in all State level and National
level exams like JEE, NEET, NMMS, NTS, EAMCET etc.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of School Education, A.P, has sent the proposals for approval of draft service rules to the staff working in A.P. Model Schools on the similar lines of other societies like APSWREIS, A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society, duly suppressing of (4764) Secondary Grade Teacher posts as per the approved minutes of the meeting held with the Hon'ble Minister for Finance and the Hon'ble Minister for Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P, the Pay and Accounts Officer, A.P, & the C.E.O, APCFSS are requested to take necessary action for deleting the above posts from the cadre strength of the Director of School Education Department.
5. The School Education Department is requested to take further necessary action to reduce the posts as mentioned above from the cadre strength of the
