Updation of details of SGTs/School Assistant and equivalent cades working in the state in Teachers Information System - instructions
The attention of the Commissioners of ULBs, where the Municipal Schools exists, is invited to the reference cited and informed that, wherein the Commissioner, School Education, A.P., Amaravathi has issued instructions to all the SGT/School Assistants/Head Masters of Secondary Schools/Mandal Educational Officer and Deputy Inspector of Schools working under their jurisdiction (Govt/ZPP/MPP) to update their details pertaining to their qualifications/tests passed along with their demo-graphical information in the Teachers Information System (TIS) provided in CSE portal duly logging with their respective treasury IDs on or before 25.02.2022.
. Further, the Commissioner, School Education, A.P., Amaravathi has requested the District Educational Officers in the state to issue instructions to the concerned DDO to confirm the details of the SGT/School Assistant/Head Masters of Secondary Schools/ Mandal Educational Officer and Deputy Inspector of Schools duly verifying the entries made in the Service Registers of the respective individuals by 28.02.2022 and informed that, if any technical issues arise on updation of details in TIS, the concerned may be informed to contact their ASO/APO in their respective District offices for further clarifications.
. In view of the above, the commissioner of the ULBs where Municipal Schools exists, are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the SGT/School Assistants/Head Masters of Secondary Schools who are working under their jurisdiction (Municipal Schools) to update their details pertaining to their qualifications/tests passed along with their demo-graphical information in the Teachers Information System (TIS) provided in CSE portal duly logging with their respective treasury IDs on or before 25.02.2022. Further the commissioners are requested to confirm the details of SGT/School Assistants/Head Masters duly verifying the entries made in the Service Registers of the respective individuals by 28.02.2022, as the Commissioners of the concerned ULBs are the DDO's and informed that the updation of Qualifications will not be entertained after due date.
All the RDMAs in the State are requested to guide the Commissioners in their region in this regard and ensure the above instructions are complied with by the Commissioners without fail.
