★ ప్రభుత్వంచే నిర్వహించబడుతున్న పాఠశాలల్లోని వివిధ రకాల సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి, ఫిర్యాదులకు కొరకు మరియు ప్రభుత్వ కార్యక్రమాలపై స్పందన కొరకు ఏపీ సీఎం జగన్ ఆదేశాలనుసారం టోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ 14417 ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేసింది.

★ ప్రజలు అందరూ ఈటోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ ఉపయోగించి పాఠశాలల్లో ఈ కింది అంశాలపై వారి అభిప్రాయాలను లేదా ఫిర్యాదులను ఇవ్వవచ్చు.

★ జగనన్న గోరుముద్ద కార్యక్రమం లో భాగంగా విద్యార్థులకు అందజేస్తున్న భోజనం యొక్క నాణ్యత

★ పాఠశాలల్లోని మరుగుదొడ్ల పరిశుభ్రత.

★ విద్యార్థులకు అందజేస్తున్న విద్య కానుక

★ స్కూల్ మెయింటినెన్స్.

★ ఉపాధ్యాయుల గైర్హాజరు వారు అందిస్తున్న విద్యపై నాణ్యత.

★ ప్రధాన ఉపాధ్యాయులు అందరూ టోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ ను పాఠశాల ప్రహరీ గోడలపై మరియు తల్లిదండ్రులకు కనిపించే విధంగా పెయింటింగ్ వేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. దీని కొరకు నమూనా వాల్ పోస్టర్ను పంపిణీ చేసింది.

★ పెయింటింగ్ కొరకు పాఠశాల నిర్వహణ నిధుల నుండి లేదా స్కూల్ సేఫ్టీ నిధుల నుండి రూ.500 మించకుండా వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు.

★ పెయింటింగ్ వేయించిన ఫోటోలను ఐ ఎం ఎం ఎస్ యాప్ లో జనరల్ ఫోటో క్యాప్టూర్ లో అప్లోడ్ చేయాలని విద్యాశాఖ ఆదేశించింది.

Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing different schemes in School Education department for the improvement of the educational standards of the children like Ammavodi, Jagananna Gorumudda, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Nadu Nedu, Toilet Maintenance Fund, School Maintenance Fund and the other schemes.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has further given instructions to ensure that, the schemes are implemented properly and that the objectives of the schemes are realised. While the District Collectors and all supervisory offcers in Education department are directly monitoring the schemes, on the directions of Hon'ble Chief minister, a toll free number i.e. 14417 has been deployed for providing opportunity to students , parents and general public to give feed back and raise grievances if any about implementation of the schemes, namely;

The Head Masters are allowed to utilise a maximum of Rs 500/- from the school Maintenance Grant or School safety Fund. The HMs should take photographs of the paintings and upload in the general photo capture option of the IMMS app by 28th February,2022.
