Peanut Jaggery Chikki Suppliers List With Phone numbers and dates of supply to schools

Mid day Meal & School Sanitation – E-Procurement tender for supply of Peanut Jaggery Chikki to the students in Government Schools – Furnishing of indent and supply instructions

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that E-Procurement tenders were called for supply of peanut jaggery Chikki to the students in the Government schools.

The suppliers were instructed to supply the Chikkis with the following instructions:

a. Weight of each chikki piece shall be 25 grams. The Chikki shall be in squre/rectange in shape.

b. While supplying to the designated points each Chikki has to be packed in a separate 25 grams chikki in one Kg packers with scheme Logo, ingredients, nutritional facts in the entire pack & FSSAI Logo and bundled in a Carton Box of 10/20 kg each.

c. Chikkiof 25 grams which are packed in multi layer packaging with the packaging material composed of two or more layers of same or different types of packaging material.

d. Each 25 grams Chikki piece in multilayer packing shall display/print (i) Logo of Gorumudda (ii) FSSAI No. (iii) Manufacture date (iv) Expiry date (v) Nutritional value (vi) Website (vii) WhatsApp Complaint No. (VIII) For Gov.Supplly / Not for sale (ix) Bar Code.

All the Carton boxes supplied to each designated location should be

a. mandatorily Bar Coded.

b. The supplier has to feed/upload the details of the quantitiy of Peanut jaggery Chikki supplied in each delivery point (school point) in IMMS App Payments will be made based on the details uploaded in the App., and after confirmation from the Concerned HM/MEO.

c. A model packing design also issued to the Bidders to follow.

The District Educational Officers are further informed that,

d. The suppliers are instructed to start supplies of Peanut jaggery Chikki to the school point on or before 17-01-2021 as per the indents provide so as to enable the school to distribute Chikki to students from 17.01.2021

e. The SCERT prepared the School Academic Calander 2021-22 and communicated to all concerned.

As per the Tender supply schedule, the frequency of supply of required quanitiy of Peanut Jaggery Chikki to school points by the supplier is once in a fortnight (15 days)

The Headmaster /authorized person shall receive the supplies at schedule date.

The name of the Suppliers, district allotted and their contact no.s along with indent and supply calendar is enclosed herewith for ready reference and necessary action.
