• నేటి నుంచి ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ.. ధరలో 10% చెల్లించి ప్లాట్ బుకింగ్
• ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు 10 శాతం ప్లాట్లు,
ధరలో 20 శాతం తగ్గింపు
రూ.18 లక్షల వరకు వార్షిక ఆదాయం ఉన్నవారు ఈ పథకానికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునేందుకు అర్హులుగా నిర్ణయించారు. అర్హులైనవారికి వారు ఉంటున్న ప్రాంతంలోనే తక్కువ ధరకు స్థలం కేటాయిస్తారు. కంప్యూటరైజ్డ్‌ లాటరీ ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం ప్లాట్లు కేటాయిస్తుంది. ఈ పథకంలో లబ్ది దారుల అవసరం మేరకు 150, 200, 240 గజాల స్థలాల్లో తమకు నచ్చిన దాన్ని ఎంచుకునే వెసులుబాటు ఉంటుంది.

- Simple Interest of 0.5% per month for the pending amount will be collected for late payment for each stage.
- What is process for refund of amount paid?
- Cases defaulting beyond a period of three months, 10% of the amount paid till date in addition to the initial deposit of 10% will be forfeited and balance amount shall be returned without interest.
