The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account
online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available
on the CRA web site using user ID (PRAN) and password. The APP access
your account details online and provides you with user friendly
interface to browse through your account information. It also enables
you to maintain your latest contact details and password.
The APP gives better user experience and provides additional functionality such as
1. View current holdings
2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.
3. Submit Contribution for Tier I / Tier II
4. Change Scheme Preference
5. Initiate withdrawal from Tier II account
6. View your Account details.
7. Download e-PRAN
8. Inquiry/ raise Grievance
9. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
10. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID.
11. Change your Password / Secret Question
12. Regenerate password using secret Question/ OTP

- Open App and Click on Login
- Give your PRAN Number Ex: 110080962757
- If you Know Password, Procees. Other wise Click on Reset/Forgot Password
- If you Click on Reset/Forgot Password, then you get another page
- Fill the details and Captcha and Click on GENERATE OTP
- You get OTP to Registered Mobile Number
- Enter OTP and Submit
- You changed your Password

How to Check Details and Update Online
CPS
Subscriber need to Login into their PRAN Account by entering PRAN
Number as Username and Password. If you Forgot your Password, here is
the simple way to change your Password
- Go to NSDL Official website
- Click on Reset Password in Subscriber Section
- Click on Instant Set/ Reset Password
- Take Reset Via Generate OTP
- Enter PRAN Number and Date of Birth as DD/MM/YYYY ( example 01/01/1980 )
- Enter your new Password and Re enter to confirm
- Enter Captcha Code
- Click on Submit
- An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number
- Enter the OTP and Submit
- Your Password has been changed successfully
- Now you can Login with the New Password
After getting Login into your Account, some sections are there...
Go to Investment Summary, you can Download your CPS Annual Statement
Go
to Demographic Changes, You can Register/ Update Phone Number and Mail
ID, You can Request for New PRAN Card, Select Personal Details Section.
In the section you can update Photo, Signature, Nominee Details, Add
PAN/ Form 60 details.
