Conduct of Intensive Testing Programme for the 10th class students of APR Schools – Instructions to the Principals
The Academic Committee constituted vide this ofce Proceedings 1st cited met on 17-03-2021 at Joint Secretary’s Chamber and resolved to conduct Intensive Testing Programme for the SSC Public Examination going students. For this, Time Table is prepared by the Committee as appended to these proceedings. In this regard, the following instructions are issued to all the Principals of APR Schools to follow scrupulously.
1. The Subject Teachers who are identifed by the Committee, will prepare the question papers as per the model papers and weightage in the topics.
2. The prepared question papers will be submitted in soft mode to aprsexams@gmail.com by 10-04-2021.
3. The question papers will be sent to the ofcial e-mail ids of the Schools.
4. It is the personal responsibility of the Principals concerned in maintaining the confdentiality and secrecy of Question Papers sent to their school e- mail ids.
5. Access of school e-mail ids by other than the Principal, will be viewed serious and the Principals will be held responsible for any leakage of question papers.
6. The Principals have to take the Prints of the question papers one day before the commencement of examinations according to their requirement and keep them in the personal safe custody of the Principal and ATP.
7. Division of Syllabus and Question-wise Analysis for each Special and Grand
Test will be communicated to all the Schools.
8. Special Tests shall be conducted for 25 marks with 1 hour duration and
Grand Test shall be conducted for 100marks with 2 ½ hours duration.
9. The expenditure for Xeroxing the question papers will be met from the
Examination Charges.
The above instructions should be followed scrupulously and any lapses in this regard will be view seriously.
Receipt of the Proceedings should be acknowledged.
