Revised Schedule for Gr-II HMs and SA Tel, Hindi to exercise web options
Re-apportionment and The Andhra Pradesh Teachers(Regulation of Transfers) Guidelines, 2020 – Revised schedule for exercising options by the HMs, SA(Telugu/Hindi/Phy. Edn) relating to court cases-Instructions– Issued-Regarding.
ORDER:
In compliance to the directions issued by Hon'ble AP High Court in WP No.21482/2020, a revised schedule was communicated vide reference 5th cited for submission of options from the School Assistants (Telugu), School Assistants (Hindi) in the districts of Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, YSR Kadapa, Chittoor, Kurnool. Similar schedule was also communicated for the headmasters Gr.II in compliance to the directions issued by Hon'ble High Court in WP No.22683 of 2020 and also in case of School Assistants (Physical Education) in the district of Kurnool in WP No. 20944 of 2020.
2. Whereas, the APCFSS, the technical partner for the web counselling of teachers transfers requested vide reference 6th cited above, that in view of the present workload on them for generating the teachers transfers orders till 18-1-2021, to reschedule the dates for submission of options in this case from 22-1-2021.
3. Further, a number of SGTs in those districts have been promoted as School Assistants (Telugu), School Assistants (Hindi) in the districts of Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, YSR Kadapa, Chittoor, Kurnool School Assistants (Physical Education) in Kurnool district and Headmasters Gr.II in the entire state and they also need to be given an opportunity to submit their options for web counselling.
4. In view of the request made by the APCFSS in the reference 6th cited and in view of the court cases relating to Headmasters and School Assistants (Telugu/Hindi) of Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, YSR Kadapa, Chittoor, Kurnool districts and School Assistant (Physical Education) of Kurnool District, it is decided to revise the schedule issued vide reference 5th cited.
5. Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are informed that the following revised schedule is issued for exercise of the web options Headmasters Gr.II in the entire state and School Assistants (Telugu/Hindi/) in the districts of Guntur, Krishna, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, YSR Kadapa, Chittoor, Kurnool and for School Assistants (Physical Education)in Kurnool district:
Exercise of Web Options by the School Assistants (Telugu/ Hindi/Physical Education) and Headmaster (relating to court cases WP No.21482 of 2020, WP No.20944 of 2020 and WP No.22683 of 2020) : From 22.01.2021 to 26.01.2021 , 5 Days
6. Hence, the RJDSEs/DEOs in the state are requested to inform the same to the concerned so as to exercise options as per the display of vacancies.
7. Further, the IT Cell of this office is requested to make necessary arrangements accordingly in consultation with the APCFSS.
