Step 1:-Go to Web site enter https://teacherinfo.ap.gov.in/ Next Page will appears as below.
Step 2:-Click on WEB OPTIONS as shown in below.
Step 3:-After Click on Web Options Page appears as below.
Step 4:-Enter All the fields and click on Get Details button.
Step 5:-After Click on Get Details button the appears as below.
Step 6:- Next Choose Divisions/Mandals (you can choose your priority
Divisions/Mandals), if you want to get your selected Divisions/Mandals
list into priority options Click on “>”arrow button your Selected
Divisions/Mandals list comes to Priority of Divisions/Mandals (right
side of the box)as shown in below fig.
Step 7:-If you want to get all Divisions/Mandals into priority of Divisions/Mandals Click on “>>” as shown in fig.
Step 8:-Then select first preference from priority of Divisions/Mandals
using UP and DOWN Buttons as shown in below fig. After selecting the
first preference CLICK on Get Schools Button.
Step 9:-After Click on Get Schools button pop up will comes like below
(Are you sure you want to submit) then Click on OK button.
Step 10:-After Click on OK button again pop up will comes like below
(you have selected 2 Divisions/Mandals) then Click on OK button.
Step 11:-After Click on OK button the page appears as shown in below.
Step 12:-Next Choose Schools from List of Schools, if you want to get
your selected Schools list into priority options Click on “>”arrow
button your Selected School list comes to Priority ofOptions(right side
of the box)as shown in below fig.
Step 13:- If you want to get all List of Schools into priority of Options Click on “>>” as shown in fig.
Step 14:- Then select first preference from priority of Options using UP
and DOWN Buttons as shown in below fig. After selecting the first
preference Click on Preview Button.
Step 15:-After Click on Preview button page appears as shown in below.
Your First priority Opted School Details will displays In first place
remaining will be in below. If you want to edit Click on Edit button
otherwise Click on Submit button.
Step 16:-After Click on Submit button pop will comes like below (are you
sure want to submit the preferences) then Click on OK button.
Step 17:- After Click on OK button again pop up will comes like below (you have selected 12 schools) then click on OK Button.
Step 18:-After Click on OK Button the page will appears as below. Then Click on Download Preference Form.
Step 19:-After Click on Download Preference Form PDF form will appears as below.
