The attention of the District Educational Officers, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and Anantapuram is invited to the references cited and they are informed that the following clarifications are issued :
CSE certain clarifications on Transfers and Rationalisations
Medical Reports date to be 6 months before Transfers
Spouse Working in other districts (Not only Adjacent district) also elegible
Spouse points Availment in lower cader before Promotion also within 8/5 yrs not elegible to avail again.
