Reconciliation of CCO wise amounts booked in the Accountant General;s Office – Responsbility of the Head of the Departments, Chief Controlling Officers – Instructions
In the reference ist cited instructions were issued that all Treasury Officers / Pay and Accounts Officers and HODs/DDOs/CCOs should complete the reconciliation work in time as prescribed by the Accountant General. It is also instructed that the salary of the concerned Chief controlling officer/DDO who is responsible for reconciliation work shoud not be padi by PAO/Treasury Officer for the second month in the next quarter if a certificate of reconciliation with Accountant General’s Figure is not furnished
