Norms for Re-apportionment of teaching staff and transfers of teachers - Certain Instructions - Issued.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are informed that various Teacher Unions have represented to take into consideration of the increased enrollment in the schools during 2020-21 as basis for the Teacher apportionment instead of the Child Info as on 29.02.2020.
Basing on the suggestions expressed by the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state, it is decided to.take up Reapportionment of Teachers exercise on the Child Info as on 02.11.2020.
1. Re-apportionment exercise should be taken up basing on the Child Info as on 02.11.2020 but not Child Info as on 29.02.2020 data.
2. Child info data should be updated in cases like New admissions,Migrated children, Govt., to Govt
3. The Mandal Educational Officers / Headmasters should take action of updating of Child info in case of children admitted from Private Un-Aided Schools to Govt., Schools
