The attention of the District Educational Officers in the State
is invited to
the
references 1st and 2nd read
above and they are
informed that,
during the meeting
held on
03.03.2020, the
Head Masters
of Zone-I i.e,
Srikakulam,
Vijayanagaram and Vishakaptanam
Districts have requested the Principal
Secretary to Government, School Education to issue instructions for opening of
new account in each and every school for proper
and timely utilization of
donations from parents for ensuring proper sanitation and watch and ward in the
schools.
. Therefore, in supersession of instructions issued earlier vide this office proceedings cited above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are
requested to take necessary action for opening of new accounts in each and every
school exclusively for
depositing the donations received from
parents for ensuring
proper sanitation
and
watch and ward in the schools. The amounts shall be deposited in the
joint account of Head
Master and Chairman, Parents Committee in order to
meet the expenditure from out
of the donations
from
parents.
. In view of the
above, all the District Educational officers in the
state are requested to transfer the donation amount which is available in the Joint Account of DEO/APC Smagara Shiksha
to the newly opened Joint Accounts of school Head Master and Chairman, Parents Committee
for the maintenance of sanitation in the schools.
. Guidelines will be issued for
