All
the District Educational Officers in the State are informed
to take further course of action on the following item of
work in connection with conduct of computer based test for
DEECET-
2020 scheduled on 23.06.2020 and 24.06.2020 in two sessions.
- To conduct co-ordination meeting with the heads of departments of Police, Medical, RTC. Electricity etc under the Chairmanship of Collector & District Magistrate for smooth conduct of computer based test of DEECET-2020
- Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad will provide Centre owner, Invigilators, Technical Staff, IT Manager and volunteers in each examination centre.
- Identity cards should be provided to the above staff
- Appoint one departmental officer (Dy.E.O/MEO/GR-1i HM) for each centre as Central level observer for two session of the day up to 500 candidates.
- Appoint two departmental officers (Dy.E.O/MEO/GR-1i HM) for each centre as Central level observer for two session of the day if the candidates allotted to the centre are above 500.
- The Departmental Officer allotted to the respective centre should approach the Centre level Technical Observer of the agency on the day of computer based test and obtain Photo nominal rolls cum attendance sheet. After completion of the test the nominal rolls should be preserved in the Office of concerned District Educational Officer.
- Provide scribes for the blind candidates and Physical handicapped candidates without hands and figures with the qualification of SSC standard as per the centre wise list communicated.
- To make arrangements for providing one police constable at each centre for two sessions of the day by addressing Superintendent of police.
- White papers may be provided to the candidates for rough work if necessary
- Remuneration amount for the personnel engaged in the examination will be transferred to the account of District Educational Officers, in the state as per norms.
- Details of candidates Centres wise in spells for each district with no. of scribes will be communicated in due course.
