Notional Increments to 398 Special Teachers
ORDER:-
In the reference 1st read above, Government issued orders to the
effect that the temporary service of the Special Teachers, Special
Language Pandits and Special PETs who were appointed between the years
1983 – 1986 with a consolidated pay of Rs. 398/- per month and absorbed
in regular posts should be taken into account on notional basis for
sanctioning 8/16 years promotion scale under Automatic Advancement
Scheme and also for pensionary benefits.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government extended the benefit
to the Special Teachers, Special Language Pandits and Special PETs who
were appointed between the year 1986 -1990 with a consolidated pay of
Rs.398/- per month and absorbed in regular posts on notional basis for
sanctioning 8 /16 years promotion scale under Automatic Advancement
Scheme and also for pensionary benefits.
3. In the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner of School
Education, A.P. has requested to issue necessary orders for extending
the orders issued in G.Os 1st and 2nd read above to the teachers who
were appointed / absorbed during the period from 1990 – 1996 for
Automatic Advancement Scheme.
4. After careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby order
for extension of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.119, Education (Ser.III)
Dept., dated 21.04.1998 and G.O.Ms.No.92, Education (Ser.III) Dept.,
dated 08.08.2000 to the Special Teachers / Language Pandits / Physical
Education Teachers who were appointed / absorbed during the period from
1990- 1996 for counting of their service notionally for purpose of
appointment to Automatic Advancement Scheme and Pensionary benefits only
with prospective effect and without any arrears payment.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide
their U.O.No.FIN 33026/6/2017-PC and TA-FIN, dated 24.09.2018.
