SUMMATIVE ASSESMENT PRACTICE OMR SHEET FOR 8TH,9TH CLASS STUDENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Write Your Roll Number, Name in the box specified

2. Darken the circle completely that you think is the appropriate answer as shown in the picture below.

3. Each question has exactly one correct answer. Attempting more than one choice for a particular question will be treated as a wrong response.

4. Darken the circles using H.B.Pencil only.

5. Do not fold or crumple the answer sheet. Do not tamper with the bar code.

6. Before submitting the answer sheet, the candidate should verify that all the entries

are made correctly and it is duly signed by the invigilator.
