Upload The Rice Indent in The MDM App/SCM Site.
Step1: Go to google.com
Step2: Type -
scm.ap.gov.in and then press “enter” button
Step 3: Now we are in
home page of supply chain management system and enter user id and password and
“SUBMIT”.
Instructions:
Enrolment & School CB entry form available
in MEO, DEO and State MDM-AP logins.
By default, all the values were displayed
(Closing Balance, Enrolment & requirement quantity) of previous month are populated.
Both CB and Enrolment Count is editable
whereas required quantity is calculated based on the following formula. Closing
balance must entered every one and enrolment is also will be modified if
needed.
Calculation of Rice
Requirement
For class
I to V th students, 100gms x No. of students x No. of working days in the respected month =Required quantity(No
of working days were predetermined)
For VI to Xth Class students, 150gms x No. of
students x No. of working days in the respected month=Required quantity.
After enter the CB and Enrolment (If needed)
the net requirement of rice for the current month is automatically generated.
This form
will be opened between 16th
to 19th of every month It should not be entertain to upload the rice indent after
19th of every month.
This form is available in MDM app as well User can avail any of them.
