that the Government
of India, has
issued detailed guidelines on the
preparation of Gram
Panchyat Development Plans for
utilizatlon of 14°' Finance Commission grants,
over which, the
Gram Panchyat has
full command. The resources of Gram
Panchayat primarily include grants
of the Fourteenth Finance Commission (FFC) , MGNREGA and Swachh Bharat Mission.
As the nexlbility
In usage of FFC funds solely lies with the Gram Panchyots, they need to accord top priority to the Items
of water supply and sanitation with the
following objectives.
