With reference to the subject
cited, I wish to inform you that the scholarship portal for online submission
of proposals under NMMS Scheme for 2016-17 financial year will be stream line
by Department of Electronics and Information Technology Controller General of
Accounts by May 2016 to avoid delay in sanctioning of scholarship as well as
avoiding the bogus entries if any by Ministry of Human Resource Development,
New Delhi
In this process the disbursement of scholarship will be sanctioned
through Aadhra Payment Bridge only
