Government have decided in principle
to convert all the Welfare Hostels into Residential Schools in a phased manner
to provide quality education and congenial environment with better infrastructure
to the students of weaker sections
In this direction, during the year
2015-16 around (2500) Social Welfare Hostel boarders of (185) social welfare
were admitted into Social Welfare Residential schools vide ref.1st
cited.
