Read the following:-
1. From the Commissioner of School
Education, A.P, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.8/MDM/2014, dated: 19/1/2016.
2. G.O.Rt.No.261, Finance (FMU.Education) Department, dated: 20/2/2016.
In the
letter 1st read above, The Commissioner
of School
Education, A.P. Hyderabad has
requested to release
and sanction an
amount of Rs.18302.75 lakhs
under Mid Day Meal Scheme for I – VIII classes for the year 2015-16 to avoid hardship to the cooking
agencies
and for smooth
implementation of the programme.

In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance
Department have issued Budget Release
Order for
Rs.183,02,75,000/- (Rupees One Hundred
Eighty Three Crores Two lakhs
Seventy Five Thousands) Plan Rs.200.00 lakhs from the BE provision 2015-16 and
Rs.18102.75 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly
Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by
obtaining Supplementary
Grants at appropriate
time during the year 2015-16
as Central
and State
share towards implementation
of
Mid-Day-Meal
Programme under the
following Heads of Accounts:
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (EBS.IV.SE.HE) Department vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.183,02,75,000/- (Rupees One
Hundred Eighty
Three Crores Two lakhs Seventy Five Thousands) Plan Rs.200.00 lakhs from the BE provision 2015-16
and Rs.18102.75 lakhs as additional funds
in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly
Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by
obtaining Supplementary Grants at
appropriate time
during the
year 2015-16 as Central and State
share towards implementation of Mid-Day-Meal
Programme under the following Heads of Accounts:
4. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take
necessary action accordingly.
