The attention of all Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers/Project Officers in the state are
invited to the reference cited wherein Government of
Andhra Pradesh conducted the survey on the performance of teachers through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on
the following points:

The enclosed district wise data on the above questions indicates
the performance of your district. Manda} wise data. is also appended to this proceeding . The results show that the performance
of
School Education
department is very poor on all the four aspects.
ln the light of the above, the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are requested to constitute special teams and undertake surprise checks and random inspections in the schools. Please verify performance of the schools against the IVRS reports for the Manda}, apart from other aspects, and upload the Visit
Reports with
photographs in ww.cse.ap.gov.in web portal on
daily basis. All
the
Inspection Officers may be
assigned individual Mandals/group of Mandals for
this drive and ensure that the performance is improved on this front.
The constitution of the teams may be done with
immediate effect and schedule for
visits drawn up. The same may be forwarded to pmucse20 IS@gmail.com immediately without any delay.
