ORDER:
In the letter
1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.,
Hyderabad, has requested
to take
over the scheme
of Model schools and
to provide
the budget of Rs.218.09 crores
for the financial year 2015-16 towards
payment of salaries of staff working
at State/District/Schools level and
this
additional burden is proposed to meet
from the anticipated savings under Non Plan Budget duly resuming to Government for restoration in State Plan under Head of Account “
2202-02-109-11-06-310/312”.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.72,62,75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Two Crores, Sixty Two Lakhs, Seventy
Five Thousands only) Plan as additional funds in
relaxation of Treasury
Control
and
Quarterly
Regulation Orders
pending provision
of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during 2015-16 towards
setting up
of Model Schools at
Block Level
as Bench Mark
of Excellence as Central Share under
the following Head of Account:
2202-02-109-12-06-310-312
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued
by the Finance (FMU- Education) Department in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord
administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.72,62,75,000/- (Rupees Seventy
Two
Crores, Sixty Two Lakhs, Seventy Five Thousands only) Plan as additional funds
in
relaxation of Treasury
Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining
Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time
during 2015-16 towards setting up of Model Schools at Block Level as Bench
Mark of Excellence as Central Share under the Head of Account: 2202-02-109-12-06-310-312.
4. The Commissioner
of
School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly.
