Representation for Awarding previous station points to the teachers effected in rationalization of teachers in addition to the present station entitlement points by revising transfer orders in any of the vacancies which we are entitled on par with other teachers who have approached the Hon’ble High Court with just and equity – Disposal Orders – Issued.
Sri K.Krupa Satya Raj, SA-Maths, MPUPS, Hirethurpi, Gudibanda Mandal, Ananthapuramu District and 147 others in the reference read above, have submitted representation Dt.17.02.2021 for awarding previous station points to the teachers effected in rationalization of teachers in addition to the present station entitlement points by revising transfer orders in any of the vacancies on par with other teachers who have approached the Hon’ble High Court with just and equity.
2) In this connection, I am to state that the transfer counselling was completed on 14.01.2021
3) Therefore, Sri K.Krupa Satya Raj, SA-Maths, MPUPS, Hirethurpi, Gudibanda Mandal, Ananthapuramu District and 147 others are informed that the request to add previous station points on par with the teachers who are considered as per the interim orders of the Hon'ble High Court and revising of transfer orders is not feasible at this juncture as transfer counselling was completed on 14-01-2021 as per the Guidelines issued by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.54 dated 12-10- 2020.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravati.
