To pay deferred salary/wage/remuneration /Honoraria on gross basis to all cadres of State Government employees, including all PSUs/Government aided Institutions/Organizations/ Universities/ Societies/Autonomous bodies, semi-autonomous bodies for the months of March and April, 2020, payable in the months of April and May, 2020 respectively, within two months from today, together with interest @ 12% per annum on the deferred salary.
