ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, in the letters first and second read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby decided to withdraw the prosecution cases pertains to the cases registered in connection with agitations against Contributory Pension Scheme by the Teachers and other employees of the Government of Andhra
In the circumstances reported by the Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, in the letters first and second read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby decided to withdraw the prosecution cases pertains to the cases registered in connection with agitations against Contributory Pension Scheme by the Teachers and other employees of the Government of Andhra
2. Accordingly, Government hereby direct the Director General of
Police, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri to instruct the Assistant Public
Prosecutors / Station House Officers concerned to file a petition before
the concerned Courts for withdrawal of prosecution against the accused
involved in crime numbers as annexed to this G.O., registered in various
Police Stations in connection with agitations against Contributory
Pension Scheme by the Teachers and other employees of the Government of
Andhra Pradesh.
