read above issued orders envisaging Guidelines/Instructions on Transfers and
Postings of Employees. Regarding
principles for Transfer and Postings. In
para 3 (Xii) of the said GO it was stated
that the Department(s) may frame additional guidelines to suit their
requirements; however such additional guidelines should not be contrary to the
above guidelines.
