APMS INFO: INSTRUCTIONS TO PRINCIPALS FOR WEB COUNSELING
Regarding web options we have to provide the instructions to the principal. Following are the instructions:
1. Login to the employee portal http://18.104.22.168/APMS by using your Employee Code. Username and Password will be the employee code only.
2. After Logged in they have to change their password by using the ‘Change Password’ option available on the top right section of the screen.
3. After changing the password they can re-login and start their choice selection.
4. They need to go to ‘Staff----------àStaff Apply For Transfer PriorityWise’.
5. After clicking on that link a window will open. Please follow the below mentioned screenshot:
6. Click on ‘Add Rows’ to add the selection dropdowns below.
7. On the right hand side you can see the vacancy list.
8. Now in the dropdown of the row the school names will appear.
9. Select one school name from the dropdown.
10. Click on ‘Add Rows’ again to add another selection dropdown and follow the same process.
11. The priority sequence will be from last selection to first selection (Shown in the Picture).
12. After your selection click ‘Save Changes’ to save the details.
13. After saving has been done the list will be freezed.
